Modern life is seldom stress-free - however, certain levels of stress usually require attention, lifestyle modifications, and sometimes professional treatment. The Stress Test will give you a general idea of the current stress level in your, or someone else's life, based on your answers - and suggest general recommendations for coping with different levels of stress

How The Stress Test Works

You simply fill out the answers to all of the questions as honestly as you can.  We hope that this test will assist you in recognizing the nature and degree of stress in your life.

(NOTE: No information is kept so there is nothing that can be used for any other purpose.)
